Not sure if he just has high resists or is unmezzable, but our level 60 enchanter could not mez this mob. We offtanked to handle it.

You have to have the lvl 61 Mez Apathy or higher for these. Even with Apathy the occasional one is still too high.
what does this guy drop, anything exciting?
He dropped a golem tear ring for us the other night,but any golem can drop that.
