Im max ally for some time....I killed EVERYTHING ALOT in draniks hollows, harbingers and LOTS OF CAMPS in rcod..next thing I knew was ally / shrug..no shortcuts that i know of except maybe chuck an arrow at other peoples mobs as ya run by or get a group together and mass pull mobs....thats probably the best way

Killing in RCoD is the fastest way to gain +loyalist faction. If i had to rank it from lowest faction gained to highes it would be DS, NC, North WoS, MPG, RCoD. Also dont forget about turning in Kyv hearts, Feran Skulls and Stolen muramite insignia's. Any way you do it, you're looking at 4K kills from KoS to Warmly

The IH nd parry I make this piece the most exceptional of all the Oathbound pieces... this is almost worth the huge amount (40+ hours?) of faction work needed to do turn ins. Plz somone tell me any faction shortcuts you find!

An easy way to get faction is to get in an AE group/raid and cast a small heal (or any other beneficial spell for that matter) on someone that is hitting their PBAE. You will be then on the hate list of all the NPCs they have hit and get faction.
