Does anyone know if the drops from each (General and Colonel) are the exact same? Has anyone checked thier lore?
Killed him unbeknownst to me what this was, decided to look it up and realized it was for the bst 2.0. I Do not think it's MQ'able only because it says "This Item Can Be Used in Tradeskills"

im a 70 druid and I just soloed colonel and general. was cake and they both dropped the same thing. Any idea if it is mqable?
