I think all of the haste items in PoA were upgraded to around 26% haste about a year ago. Not certain on that though.
So..

What *exactly* was updated here?
RE: So..

The mob it drops from, that's what. ;)
RE: So..

Of course, it drops from a ton of mobs, and is more common the further up you go, so its not entirely accurate.
Haste

My understanding is that all the Belts from PoA are Permanant Effects:

Belt of Contention 21% WAR
Belt of Tranquility 21% MNK
Belt of Transience 21% ROG
Belt of Concordance 16% BRD
Belt of Iniquity 16% SHD
Belt of the Pine 16% RNG
Belt of Virtue 16% PAL
Haste %

Haste is 21%...this Belt is great for us warriors.
A bit more Haste then FBSS plus AC. If your Plane-Able 2 good groups can easily get this Belt on the first Island. Mine dropped off one of the Spirits there. I wouldnt waste time trying to get FBSS in overcamped Lguk. Less your after it just for the cash of course )

actuallly i has the same % of haste. I know this post is a bit old. But it may have changed since patch. But fbss is 21% haste. Same haste.

Question, can you stack haste equipment? Like if I have this belt and a weapon that gives me haste, do they stack? Thanks for any information guys. Good luck!

Good god! how many times does the Haste thing have to be explained before people finally get it?! This discussion is on every single piece of Haste equipment here!

I think that Allakhazam would do all a favour if the Haste percentage would be added to the item description.

Ah, another person asking the rules for haste items stacking.
There are, for the most part, 2 types of haste. You can have 1 of each type in effect to have them stack, but if you have 2 of the same type, then they will not stack and the lesser (from what I've read/heard) is overridden. The 2 types are: A) haste spell type, and B) haste item type. A haste spell will stack with a haste item. An example of this is any enchanter spell such as augmentation, alacrity, quickness, or a clickable effect such as the effect on the eyepatch of plunder or the exe axe (I have never used an exe axe but seeing as how it's effect is a proc, I assume it makes an icon and stacks with item type haste), etc, will stack with FBSS, mith2h, CoF, RBB, RBG, CoCW. Basically what I have listed is type A will make an icon, and stacks with type B, which I have listed as what is generally regarded as item haste. Type A will not stack with type A, and type B will not stack with type B. So, a CoF and a mithril 2h will not stack, and Alacrity will be overridden by Celerity, etc. There are some exceptions though. Eyepatch of Plunder, from what I've heard, is a right click haste item, type A, that stacks with other haste spells, type A, and will also stack with haste items, type B.

I've also heard that monks have a few haste items that will stack with anything. Monks are the only class that I've heard of that are capable of having multiple type B items stack.

Also, there is a haste cap of 60% prior to one of the 50+ lvls, and it is raised to 70% by the time you hit 60.
There is also a third type of haste, bard haste song. I've heard arguments on both sides whether bardic haste will stack with type A spell haste, or not. It seems to me that if you've got any type of haste item at all, and enchanter haste, then it would be difficult to notice bard haste at all, since by the time a bard gets a haste song, enchanter haste + haste item is already pushing most players to the max haste cap.

So, in response to your question, will this belt stack with your weapon haste: It depends on your weapon. If it's an exe axe, then I'd say yes, but I haven't used an exe axe before, so I'm not sure about exe's stacking habits. If it's type B item, like mith2h or something, then I believe that this belt would NOT stack with your weapon.

heya bakal, u only missed one type of haste. Bards also have a haste that will stack with chanter of shammy haste, but aye you are correct. You can only use one of each type of haste so ppls who are getting several haste items are just waisting valuable space where tehy could be bringing up other stats and or AC

I used an Exe Axe for a long time. It's a proc and overwrites or is overwritten by chanter or shammie haste spells. Proc haste counts as a spell, it stacks with permanent effects, but not with other procs, right-clicks or spells.
