I didn't have any trouble meming the spell, with my ranger or my druid. Spell can be purchased in SH
I have a friend that has a 41 Druid and he purchased this spell and it allowed him to scribe it?

I bought Tangling Weeds in Shadowhaven - but then went to scribe it and said I couldn't use - does anyone know what gives?

I went there on my Druid to buy it from Pathfinder Arelat and it said he couldnt use...
This spell can be found in the Shadowhaven Rangers Guild.
