I'm confused do i debuff Disease or Magic to help land this spell?

Actually shammy slows are disease based. You can remove slows with disease cures.

2: Decrease Attack Speed by 66% (L51) to 75% (L60)
3: Increase Disease Counter by 16
Details Raw Spell Data, Lucy Spell View
Spell Type: Detrimental Skill: Alteration
Mana: 250 Target Type: Single
Casting Time: 3 Duration: 5.1 mins @L51 to 6.5 mins @L65
Recast Time: 6 Resist: Magic (0)
Fizzle Time: 1.5 Range to target: 200
AE Radius: 0 Interruptable: Yes
Location: Any Time of Day: Any
Reflectable: Yes Note the part in Bold that is where the resist check type is, and as said by Tradeskillfory most Shm slows are Magic, and only one special one is disease based. Cures (based on the spell slot counters, see slot 3 under description) are not related to resist.

This spell can be purchaced at FV at the docks from the Barbarians there. The one that sells it is Shaelae Wolfkin.
