This scroll contains recipes on the proper tailoring of cultural symbols.

It outlines the need for starting with an exotic animal pelt or two exotic silk. Plated filament will be needed to embroider the symbol into the material. It will additionally need water blessed by the deity you wish to attune it to, and exotic spinneret fluid or exotic marrow as a sacrifice to that deity.

You will need to include essence of Alaris to empower this symbol.

For some reason, the glove, helm, sleeve, and wrist recipes don't scribe in. The book is bugged.

They don't show when looking for "numinous" in the loom UI because it can only show a limited number of recipes at a time, but they show when looking for "numinous glove", "numinous helm", "numinous sleeve" and "numinous wrist".
