Because rangers would actually use this spell. Can't remember the last time I used this spell with my shaman but I know it would get used with my ranger.
because you're a ranger... kidding... actually they should have it and they should use it every chance they get... i think its kinda worthless unless you desperately need to haul @$$... it has a mezz time of something like 10 minutes and it lasts for about 15 secs... just enough for you to hightail it outta your impending beating you just ran away from...
