Alright. All you morons who state it drops; fine. I believe that's been established already.
My concern is the drop rate. I've been camping 3 named spawns in rotation and have killed them over 10x by now without a Backpack. Can any of yous proclaim how RARE this kind of drop actually is?

Dropped for me off Bouncer Captain Grak tonight in The Feerrott , he was pathing from near HoT zoneline. Woot :)

Dropped off Breath of Ryken on 1/25/2013. Lovely little surprise considering I didn't even realize these bags dropped off of VoA named.
I also have seen one drop a month or so ago in Erudin Burning but I don't remember which named it was. I just noticed Erudin Burning wasn't on the list up there.

can confirm they drop in game... just had this drop in SS off a named... and with a sweet /random i am the proud owner of it!
Notice it doesn't say "No Trade"... so you can buy one in the bazaar or maybe get one to drop from a named mob.

They drop from any HoT named, including ones in Feerot and HoT lower. How "high end" do you need to be?

Can confirm they drop in Feerrott. Got one today from Watcher Yaotl, a named lizardman.
to bad they dont sell these in the marketplace anymore :*(
Wasn't really the same bag as it was no trade.
