Not on PoK vendor

You know, I looked 100 times, and never thought to check that it had changed names. This is INDEED on the PoK vendor under the name Words of Tranquility. I knew as soon as I posted (and I delayed knowing I was missing it), I would see the answer right in front of my face.

Just a few observations from my useage of this spell. First the stun effect is hardly 10 seconds long as it suggests, seems more like 5 seconds. Now the stun is a 108pt dd stun, WITH a knockback effect just to clarity.
The spell itself is hardly a good aggro gainer due to its long cast time except for when you are about to break a mez which is when i usually use it. Cast time is shortened for me at lvl 60, around 3.8 seconds? but still a bit long and the mana cost at 200 makes it even less desirable for constant casting.
If you want an absolutly unbeatable aggro sequence, here is my suggestion. Lets say your about to break a mez, i do 2 taunts, 1 disarm, then cast a low level stun such as a disrupt stun, then immediatly follow with a regular stun.
The low level stuns are perfect for mana efficient stunning while putting you tops on the mobs aggro list. Then throughout the battle, especially if im tanking against 2+ rogues, i chain stun to keep aggro on me. Yes a bit of damage per second is lost from your perspective but the rogues/monks are the true damage dealers in my opinion, and your better off just absorbing the damage.
So keep 2 low level stuns mem'd at all times and if you like the Tranquility spell, use that as a mez breaker or to stop the mob from fleeing.
P.S. The aggro sequence which i mentioned has proven effective in holding aggro against THREE epic/primal rogues, so have faith in the low level stunning sequence.

Aye....and huge aggro. Upgrade to Force. More DD, longer stun. Don't know about knockback though. Maybe someone could post on that. Still trying to pick this up to scribe.

This and Force together will just about work to keep mob from swinging at all short of resists. Not quite, as they will break stunnearly at times, and the recasts don't quite let ya chain them. And very expensive mana usage to try that, but often easier to try that to save your butt than trying to channel through on a heal cast.

Also works OK as a replacement for snare when you don't have one available. At least that is what I use Force for at times, and this being an upgrade, I would imagine it would work even better. Also works to stun the mobs to keep the MA alive while waiting for the cleric to finish CH cast. And lets the MA get aggro back (or on to you) instead of running to beat on the cleric right after that CH.

The aggro of this spell (and Force) will let you tank mobs above your level. Correction...will let you taunt above your level...tanking depends on other stuff. Works well to pull it off the shammy on slow duty, ench on mez duty, etc.

Enough babbling...got to get it...so I getting in game.

Edited to improve readability (paragraphs mainly)
