Tried to buy one of the crates from Alerynril the Loyal, paid my 1728 loyalty points but received nothing at all!

Ok i've noticed i did receive the crate but it has no graphics! so thats why i thought i never received it.
Should have called it Gnomish crate of invisibility or something.

After 2 months i just realised the reason my crate has no graphics is because my custom ui is out of date.
After updating my ui the crate now looks like a crate, well done me.

1728 points/crowns from Pagus Nonad (New Tanaan Tax Authority) in the Neighborhood zone (Sunrise Hills) has these as of the July 1, 2011 patch.
Not sure if the PoK lady has them as well.
