I just bought one for my Bard and it's taller than he is but there are around 12 in my Neighborhood Guild Hall that fit on small stone walls. How do I get the smaller one?
These are resizable. It's something like shift-scroll, or alt-scroll to do it when in placement mode.
This item is placeable in yards, guild yards, houses, and guild halls.
I cannot place it in my guild hall. Is there a reason why?

Lore is not the problem. Open your guild's item window you will find multiple copies of lore items are placed there (each by a different owner).
