When you buy this everyone gets a Primary Anchor (yard/home placeable) and Primary Anchor Transport Device (clicky with i think a 72 minute reuse)
In addition, when you buy this (as a druid) you also get four spells (i assume wizards also get four):
Spell: Primary Anchor Circle... Group Port to YOUR anchor
Spell: Primary Anchor Ring...Port (self-only) to YOUR anchor
Also:
Spell: Primary Anchor Push
Spell: Zephyr: Primary Anchor
One of the above Trans/Zephyr to YOUR anchor, the other Push (trans/zephyr) to TARGET's anchor.
(Since the games are down i can't tell which is which at the moment.)
I only tested self, zephyr and group ports.. when cast you get a pop-up asking if you wish to be ported (like any current Translocate spell)
