Primary Anchor Package  

 

So this and the secondary anchor package is confusing to me...until I bought it. (scary!)

For us non-wizard/druid types, you get 2 pieces.
- An Anchor for setting your bind spot (not soul bind). This is where you will end up.
- The 2nd part, is the clicky that takes you to where you set your anchor down.

You can set the anchor inside your house or outside your house, on your own plot.
You can set the anchor inside a guild hall or outside a guild hall, on your guild's plot.

Wizards and Druids ALSO get a set of spells that go along with the primary and secondary packages.
Wizards and Druids ALSO get the option of using a Guild Hall anchor.

(my misunderstand was due to the lore doesn't state all classses can use the anchors and clickys! I also thought it was a soul bind!)

I noticed while looking at the Wizard's Anchor spells that they didn't show where you could get these spells..

He had already gotten this package and opened and scribed the spells, thus the above response. The items you would get are:
