Anyone have the history of the event in Qeynos Hills this drop was associated with? Very few details in the thread...
We need a modern item UI pic of this item, should anyone have this rare antiquity in storage.

The loathesomes were part of the Cleansing the Karanas event, and disappeared when the event ended. It was when WK had a green haze hanging in the air and your health bar would slowly tick down when you were there.

does the Runed Branding Iron drop anymore that is the ? now can anyone ask this.
Nope, when they removed the rude individual and loathesomes, it left as well.
I had one of these in the bank on a mule of mine. Tried to give it to my BST, and it said he could not equip it. Maybe a bug, maybe an oversight, who knows. Hope they fix it casue it would be a nice weapon for him to use until I can get him better.

I found one on the corpse of a Loathsome Individuals Pet back when they drop. I used it until level 25 when I got a Knobbed Warclub. Better ratio and +Wis. It procs at 25 Burst of Flame - max 5pt damage. My warrior has it but Im thinking of giving it to my Monk as she is a lowbie.

yeah, back when the Loathsome Individuals still spaowned you could turn these in to someone in Qeynos, would get you a random piece of Rubicite (or so i heard)

I have not been to the Qeynos area for some time, but I thought they took the Loathsomes out? If they still exist, where do they spawn, and is this weapon still available?

They don't spawn anymore, so no, the weapon doesn't drop.

At what level does the Burst of Flame happen for this weapon? I am at level 12 (Cleric), and it still says that I do not have the will to command this weapon.

I've tried it at level 20 and it still doesn't work.

I heard it procs at 25 but only for like 4 dmg.

It does proc at 25, and does 5 damage..
