This item is obtainable by claiming the loot card of the same name from the Legends of Norrath online gard game. The loot cards are randomly inserted into booster packs from the Legacies set.

I got this for my two alts...it's like riding something running on two feet. It's very, very bouncy.
I got the feran on my main, and it's no where near as "screen jarring."

If I had a choice, I'd give this mount back and get the other free one. Oh well.

Looks badass, though.
