... but unfortunately I can't remember how I got it. All I can say is that I must have gotten it from some GM event around the year 2009-2011, on the AB server.
It makes you look like an oldschool live Froglok, like the ones from Sebilis or Upper Guk. There are no emote animations (such as /wave), but spell casting and feign death looks just like the NPC frogs.

Murky history as far as I can find:
-no known source according to any current type site
-was "mistakenly" on TLP 2.0 in 2011ish, but was removed (but apparently not taken away from people).
-rumors of it being a GM event reward a long time ago
