Saw this belt drop off 'an azarack' in Plane of Sky on Fippy tonight.

Dropped for us last night from the Protector of Sky. Grats Rot as we had no Rogues with us. He also dropped 2 quest items and 4 broken Mirrors and the Shadow Knight belt, which also rotted.

this also drops on the first isle (the port in one) off a thunder spirit princess
I have a Gnome Rogue, and been trying to find a sight that tells what % haste items give. What sights have this onfo? Thanks

Yes this item has the same haste as FBSS (at least I couldn't tell a difference) except it has nice stats. It is holding my rogue over well until she can complete her epic.
My understanding is that all the Belts from PoA are Permanant Effects:
Belt of Contention 21% WAR
Belt of Tranquility 21% MNK
Belt of Transience 21% ROG
Belt of Concordance 16% BRD
Belt of Iniquity 16% SHD
Belt of the Pine 16% RNG
Belt of Virtue 16% PAL

Ive had this for almost a year. I have never seen it proc. I believe it is just worn permanent 21% haste.

According to another site, it's 21% haste.
