18pp? Dang you must have lousy charisma, I only paid 12. Seriously, I bought Imbue Plains Pebble also and can't use it, posts under that spell indicate that Tunare followers can use it - not so, at least not at this time, perhaps there was a bug in the past.

I spent plat on Imbue Plains Pebble and I am a follower of Tunare...that is for Karana followers only. So don't feel too bad.
This page fails to state that this spell can only be used by the Tunare Diety. I just spent 18pp on a spell I can't use since I'm a follower of Karana.
