I heard the drop rate got nerfed and have not seen it in 15 named. Will continue to grind Deadhills Adventures trying to get one. Hope it is still in the game. If anyone got one since this post please verify it still drops.

Last i checked this is a 60 second buff with instant recast basically. Grants a 2% lifetap based on the damage dealt.
