This dropped in PoFear a few days ago, while we were wiping the zone in preparation for killing Cazic Thule. I did not pay attention to what it dropped from.
Not sure when ,but they have now changed these to no drop status.

makes this worth rolling on. You could quad kite as a wizzy with MUCH more safety. I would roll on any one of the Range3 items, but the Supple Scale Armband from KC is the best of the bunch.
