An awesome raid piece, but for grouping and the like, I wouldnt use it. The main things needed for raids are as follows.

1. HP
2. AC (for melee)
3. resists

IMO ofcourse.

I dont think id spend any points on it, or want it if i were running on merit...but if it went up for rolls id probly throw the dice.
