This ability is bugged. I made the scroll, then gave it to a guildmate to *learn*. He then attempted to enchant 10 bars of Feymetal...It returned only 1 bar!!

Now it's not Bugged. If you have 10 bars in your inventory, you gain 10 enchant bars... but ability have 8 hours of refresh :/
