ok new here, what mobs drop the scrolls and which zones
If you are finding the spells she asks for to be expensive and you don't have the time or inclination to go farm them, and the bazaar is frustrating you, try this:
1) Go farm crude binding powder. It drops off even lowbie caster mobs, so it's usually pretty easy to stack up. You can also find it in the bazaar, often for less than the required spells would cost.
2) Find a researcher, or get your research up to about 130. If you're doing this quest you're on an enchanter...go do the freebie skillups in Crescent Reach, then use the crude binding powder to make a bunch of crude parchments...by the time you're done with that you'll be well on your way to that level of research.
3) Once your skill is around 120-130...make a bunch of copies of theft of thought.
4) Turn them in till you get this spell.

Determine whether you are a good or evil race (Probably Deity is more important for Enc, High Elf = Good, Dark Elf = Evil, other races depends more on Deity). Once you know, click on the appropriate quest above:

Anybody know what other mana regen spells this stacks with? Or is it basically just 'group clarity'?

From what I gather, the reward is random which can leave players with quite a few copies of spells they don't want or need. Since they CAN sell these off to vendors, they probably do, and like many NPC vendors, all loot sold to them becomes available to the whoever comes by them later. If you go to get the quest before actually doing the quest, it may be worth it to see if any vendors near the quest NPC happens to have the one you're looking for.
