Although these are No Trade, they are Heirloom. They can be put into a shared bank account and withdrawn by another toon.

Just an FYI, you can only dye backpacks, NOT satchels, or any of the other container types. AND you can only dye them the basic colors, i.e. you can't do light green, or dark green, can only do green.
