Price was 33p 7g in Thurgadin and PoK now for the enchant velium spell at kindly.

did 100 attempts today
went from 188 blacksmithing skill to 195 skill
about 1 skillup in 20 attempts, roughly.
which is about par for tailoring and tinkering skills.

can anyone tell me where to buy this spell at anyplace beside Thurgadin?

Sony deleted this NPC who also sells the Coldain Velium Temper.
The reason? Apparently during the last patch (thru error or not) the prices of these two items were set to 0pp and individuals who noticed the change, began buying all they could and stocking up all the supplies on mules and any charac they could.
Alas, instead of simply fixing the pricing problem and removing the stolen items from those characs inventory; the programmers at Sony decided in their infinite wisdom to delete the merchants altogether. Thus bottlenecking yet another part of this quest and FORCING those who wish to work the quest now to purchase those components from said "thieves"

Not to mention the fact that this was the only place to buy the spell for enchanters. Grrrr.....
And for smiths who are trying to get skills after 200 who can't farm the stuff for humming orbs, which is nodrop. So what's a cleric to do?

Yesterday i bought 100 Coldain Velium Temper in the bazaar. I payed 2pp each, which is very good price compare to Thurg's vendor one. I found that bizare seeing these for 2pp a piece. Now i understand why. The guy had 700 total.
