In HHK also sells this, as do, apparently, mobs in freeport and the Abysmal Sea. Since the idea of using illusions to get to the brownies to buy things was killed some years back, listing them as the only vendor for this spell is pretty silly.

The reason that the level to attain is 1 is brcause it is storebought. so to get the item you needto be level 1. To use it however, is another matter entirely.

these can also be found in High Keep on the first floor. Head down like you are going to the basement & you will see 4 doors shes in there shes a erudite

This and all of the other spells of this type are found at the brownie camp vendors. I don't remember the location of it but have a druid friend who can turn into wolves to get it for you as they won't attack anybody in that form. costs just under 80pp for all of them.
