"got it to drop"??.... its a random thing it just Drops...

I got page 109 to drop in HHK, but it was beyond rare, I was camped there for like 7 hours and only saw 2 pages drop of which this was one.

Faded page droped in DSP last night
Since the cap for your research skill is:
(your level - 15) X 5
then your cap at 29 is 70. I raised my skill to 73 just trying to make this spell, and it was not yet trivial. If I come across some more components I will try to make another scroll to see if I can determine the trivial point.
