while they say this spell is to replace Champion, it is NOT available by either the rank II spell vendor or through the dream mote vendor as of today 13 Jan after the patch. I checked every level spell from 86 to 90 just in case.

I haven't checked the vendor to see if it's still available to druids, but, it's part of the "Unity of the Soul" spell for Shamans.
Effect: Unity of the Soul Rk. II
1: Add Effect: Mammoth's Force Rk. II <------------
2: Add Effect: Preeminent Foresight Rk. II
3: Add Effect: Exigent Focusing Rk. II
4: Add Effect: Spirit of Valor Rk. II
Edit: It's still available to druids. I'm looking at the merchant right now, for 30 Dream Motes.
