Each major housing neighborhood zones, like ZONE: Cedar Country Woods, will have NPCs that have items for sale to build and maintain your plot and housing. As such, Allakhazam NEEDS to create new bestiary mobs, such as Garik Nogflop. The number of housing zones will expand according to how many people are buying them so you CANNOT base them on the zone names given. It is best to state they are in the Housing Neighborhood Zones off of the Guild Lobby.
