This is true for all the weapons that drop in the mini wars in Gremling forest.

One thing I have noticed with a lot of Shar Val Quests is that items are upgraded quite a few times or there is another weapon in this series of grimling bane, could be from Acrylia Caverns. Also, they might have a mob spawn that can only be damaged by grimling bane. Luclin is tricky a lot of items are just parts of better items down the road. Just my take.

I'd like to see too, this is a result of the "raid" type quest in grimling forest from the scouts in the outpost. From all that I have read, it is VERY difficult to finish all three raids, which you will have to do to kill the high commander anyone who is doing this on Xegony send me a tell in game and I will gather as many forces as I can for the battle.

talk to weapon master Wyggan (sp?) he's downstairs in the arena in Shar Vahl he will tell you who can convert this into a grimling bane weapon check the quest named weapons of the grunt in shar vahl

Unless it's a quest piece it sucks for the level to get it, not to put down any monks out there. just my opinion though.

Erm... that damage bonus is what you get at 59. when you get this at 35, your damage bonus is proly 4 or 5.

Depends on the Weapon. I have a 42 ranger with a damage bonus on 1 weapon of 12 and another weapon of 6.
