I got this item but after a while i got maxed wis so I replaced it with Blood-saoked bracer and it is going well but I sold the bracer for 10k so I had max wis and 10k so it worked out pretty well. But if you do not have maxed WIS then I strongly reccomend it. It is a great bracer for those without max WIS.

Had a group of 5. 2 druids beast, chanter, and warrior. Took awhile to take him out but we did it with no chance of deaths. rolled against 2 others and got it. This is the best item i have got in this game so far that i have fought for. Luven Heartofwolf 54 Druid Gathering of Minds Drinal
The Brellium Bracer has 13 more AC, one less in each resist, 10 less wisdom and 30 more HP and mana. All in all, I'm not sure this is better but it is certainly more expensive (at least on Veeshan) and for me (with almost max Wisdom) the Brellium is loads better. I wouldn't pay more than 8K for one of these (probably why I don't have one) and the lowest price I've seen on Veeshan is 10K so either this thing starts to get cheaper (which PoP should do for all items) or they won't sell unless there aren't any brellium or underfoot platemail bracers around.
Brellium and Underfoot are also restricted to (at least restricted to) short races.
Note also that a class/race combo such as a Vah Shir Beastlord [Why that combo? No reason ;)] might find this item attractive, and couldn't wear Brellium or Underfoot.
The moral of the story?
Just because a certain item may be better from the perspective of a short race, it's not necessarily better in all situations.
Now that's a good point. That probably is the real reason behind the higher price level of these bracers compared to cultural bracers. I checked and I don't think any of the cultural bracers are usable by druids.
The Tunarean Soldier Wristguard is for Wood Elf Druids, but even so, I want one of these for the other wrist slot. While it is only 1 more to each save, the 15 wisdom frees up other slots for different gear. Once I get one of these, I will be able to drop the platinum jaspar ring I have in the left hand for a second Velium Diamond ring. So from my perspective, this is better. Cultural bracer and velium jasper ring adds up to 12 wisdom and 5 to all saves. Bracelet of Sense and Velium Diamond ring adds up to 15 wisdom and 14 to all saves. It isn't just what this item alone does, but what it gives you the freedom to do with other item slots as well.
this or other 4 bracelets drop off spirits and named mobs often. I've been on several raids where we've killed radir/tawro and always a bracer dropped. I suspect price will come down or verant will nerf the @$^&! outta this drop
Well, Ive seen these for sale quite a bit on aynoe ro over the past few weeks. the price range on Aynoe Ro is between 10-16K. it's an awesome bracelet that any Wis caster would Wish for (including me =)) My question is: does it have any look to it when you put it on??
Has anyone seen my jaw? Oh wait there it is, on the floor. Damn, this is Incredible. Too bad it's lore. I want two. And it isn't no drop. I'm simply in awe.
Seriously, this is an incredible item. As much wis as a lot of high end Breastplates, good ac, and the resists. What more can be said.
These are just *hot*! I didn't even know any other bracelets existed beyond the bracelet of beauty at first, and I thought how cute, I'd like to get one for my chanter someday. (But, I wasn't gonna go pay 15k for 15 Cha, heh.) ~*la la la*~ And went off on my merry little way, and then *bamb* I saw one of these for sale the other night in Gfay, and I just about fell over. Whee!
I sent the guy a PC for the bracelet, and he said it sold for 25k. :( I tried to verify that because that seemed like a lot, even for this, and he later said something like he got 2 spells for it? o_O?! Okay, so I think it was 25k in trades with no cash. Oh well.
Then in EC I saw someone selling the bracelet of might, and I was like hmm, there's hope, folks must be hunting bracelets. :) I added "Looking for Bracelet of Sense" to my auction, and then I saw a very nice druid fellow I had run into before selling one, and a bunch of other stuff, that same night. I think the only reason why I was able to get one so quickly is because he was liquidating and leaving EQ for a time. *sad sigh*
But, 12k was fair for the item, and that was that. I think overtime these will be more and more common, but they're still highly desirable right now and are probably being rolled for and kept probably more than being rolled for and sold.
May Tunare smack the pharmers that would dare to take one of these bracelets from grouped priests classes who do not yet have one. Heh.
I have seen this drop off of Gantru Dralkenr two times now. I know that some of the other high level mobs can drop this as well. Gantru Dralkenr drops one random bracelet each time he dies.
Once Tash went in (lol and the chanter went SPLAT) it was fairly easy to land Slow and Cripple, then a combination of Torpor and CH kept the tank up and running.

this is a nice pice for all clases tanks and int casters for resist but im pretty sure they have somethng for the int caster similar and nice for the wis casters for the awsome wis and resist
but since im a druid i sy give it to the druids!!!!!!! j/k cleric would love this i bet it will free up a lot of slots for mana items and so on so on so on
Ok this thing is plain and simple awesome , unfortuantly (sp) this will no doubt be about a 12k + item. So off to port i go. This would replace about two or three slots of wis on most druids and make way for higher mana/resist gear. IMHO very UBER bracer
I have to agree that it is a nice item for wis casters, but at the same time should not be over-looked as a decent pick of tank resistance gear. IMO (and I know all will not agree), first dibbs should go to the priest classes. But the reason this makes decent tank resistance gear is you don't sacrifice ALL of your ac in the wrist slot to use a velium blue diamond bracelet. Yes, the resists are anywhere from 3-5 each lower on this compared to the BD bracelet, but you get to keep 12ac which could be a big help as well.
Great AC and nice saves make it good for any class and the 15wis makes it AWESOME for Wis based classes. And its tradeable these are gonna be very expensive.
