Yes I'm on TLP Agnarr. I still don't see either available. The Quaff is an even worse deal so wouldn't buy that even if it was. I suppose there are some super rare mats for which this might be worth it but I don't know of any on Agnarr.
Actually, Quaff listing here says it's part of the EQ Anniversary Bundle offered in 2019. "Claimable on any server." But that bundle isn't for sale anymore, at any price!

I don't see this offered for sale anymore.
It started at $10, last 2 hours, and unlimited number of combines. Some players griped this was too expensive but for the benefit this provided to a tradeskiller, this was clearly a bargain.
EQ realizing it was OP, changed it to $25 and, I believe, 2 hours or 100 attempts, whatever came first. NOW it was too expensive. And they started disallowing it for certain high level combines.
Now it's out of the game?

No, I still see it in marketplace as of 12/14/2022 for $25 on live servers. You can search under "potions" and its the last one listed or using the search bar just type in draught and it will bring it up also.
I think you are on a TLP server which offered Quaff of the craftsman released in 2019/20 and only it only lasted for 48 combines or 2 hours.
Whereas Draught on live servers will last 2 hours but no combine limit.

No, that's what a past dev wrote into the SPA info for spells for some reason. This potion works on all tradeskills except for some of the new recipes in Ring of Scale.
I've updated the spells file to show Tradeskill Item Recovery (100%). It will update the next time we do a spell update which will be after the next full patch.

On two different char, I was leveling real good but when they reached 208 they got stuck there. I mean after failing 25 - 40 combines it didn't move. So my question is, did they cap this?

Worked for me. Items stayed in place until a successful completion. Last 2 hours, so have all your items ready to go and craft away....can up your skill level real fast.

My ***... I keep losing components at least one every 10 combines. At least it's the buy-able components and not the dropped, so far.
A bit expensive for a tradeskill potion at $10 real money. If SoE wants to sell alot of these they really need to reduce the price to something more realistic like 2-300 SC or significantly increase the duration to say 24 hours. 1k SC wouldn't be so bad if even they made it to where you got a stack of 20 instead of just 1. Just my opinion.

Yes this is almost a decade later, but this is not now (costs more now, $25) nor was it then too expensive. Anyone who has said it was or is too expensive has no idea what the potion does.
I seen it or something like it on marketplace. I didn't pay atention on how much it is
