More damage, better stats, this is a good replacement if you can get one or don't have one better.. ( I highly suggest this in offhand and horn in primary if you're doing two hand to hand.. the delay on Horn is better for dual wield check..)

Compare to PS Ulak, which I can get maybe a dozen of every time I pass through DS. I finally just gave it to my beastlord because it looks better than the pizza cutter.
