We created a raid before using this stone, then zoned in, by talking to Vacurasa of the Dark (located in PoK out front of the library). You can /dzadd <playername> to the instance, so that people can zone in and get the achievement under Everquest>Exploration>Special Events Explorer. Up to 100 people can be TA'd !
