What are the stats of the summoned arrows? Or should one just stop fletching period once they get one of these? ;P

3 dam, 50 range... Yes, stop fletching :). In one fight, I used up 90 arrows that I'd summoned with this bracer. Would have been about 10 plat if I'd used my regular arrows.

This is godly. Casting time does really mean all that. You can sit there for 5 minutes and summon about 30 stacks. What to do now? Snare and start the shooting boyz. And anyone that says bow kiting is bs... you dont know ****. Procs at 45 20 arrows per click. Casting time is about...20 seconds too long. Oh well rangers OWN!

It should be level 45 for this, just like all the other class specific Kunark armor.

What level does it summon at??? is there a level limit?

Does anyone know if this is the type of item that can be right clicked from an inventory slot? or need it be equipped? IE can a War/Rog get their hands on this and right click it to hell?
Ranger only, must equip, clickable at 45 same as all other Kunark Class specific armor.

Summons 20 arrows, 3 dmg each 50 ranger. MAGICAL so they hit magical. I have one myself, very nice

No magic damage just straight 3 damage. These got me through many levels till Endless Quiver ;)

Didn't realize so many races could have Rangers! ;)
I want one for my halfling ranger ... maybe by the time I've spammed Verant into adding halfling rangers (and gnome SKs ;) I'll be able to afford one for him

True, but on some items, the game coders took time to input the correct races when it's a class specific item.
And there's something strange on this one : Iksars can't use it... it seems like a new designed object is usable by everyone by default except lizzies.
