Heavy things, don't count as containers (Even though it is a box). Give 2 of them to some guy in the warrior guild in Ak'Anon. He gives you little money, and little exp. It is better than throwing 'em away or lettin' em rot.
Found on Clockwork Rogues, usually in place of a Micro Servo (ARGH! 4 attempts failed!)
