If you have a Tanglewood Shield, ES Vambraces, Luminescent Staff, Warden Symbol of Tunare and Druid Epic 1.0 then you should have no problem soloing here (even when out of mana).

Bad luck

I've got everything but the arms so far for my 52 druid. I've been killing them with my 65 necro and the fights take about 3 or 4 minutes. After two nights of killing I've gotten 1 boots, 1 tunic, 5 legs, 1 gloves, 1 wrist, 3 crowns, 0 arms. I think it's random and you just have to keep trying. Not sure if something is really rarer then something else. Seems like luck of the draw to me.

Elysian Armor

I am a level 49 Druid and am wondering if it is possible for me to start camping the elysians and upgrade my equipment? My wisdom unbuffed is at 189. Also to get to the Umbral Plains is there anything I have to watch out for in Maiden's Eye? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

At level 49 you'll have a hard time soloing the disturbed remains. They'll likely all be red to you, and even when blue they resist snare often enough, and break root frequently. If you have a good collection of clicky effects (root, snare, dot, dd) you might be able to do it, but expect it to take a while.

Can a nerco solo here.. and at what level would it be feasable..

Yes, it is possible for a Necro to kill these things, but not sure why you would unless you are trying to twink a druid or help a friend. They have approx 18k- 21K in hps and all but immune to Poison and Disease based dots and spells. I did get my disease based BST slows to land tho. You have to options: Charm another one and use it to tank while you slow the other. Or with if you have a high level pet you might beable to build aggro and run it around with pet tanking from behind. You would have to spam spells at it to build aggro tho.

54 would be good, u can slow these mobs since they undead and it would be pretty easy for u. I'd use 51 pet to tank, unless u feel like doin some crazy sh*t and use ur 54 pet..

I have been hunting here in the last week have all but the tunic and armplates. I have had a few guild members helping me out. It would seem though the drop rate has been nerfed. Went 40 mobs with out a drop then got 2 drops on next 2 kills. So be warned you may be in for a long wait for a full set.

I camped in UP for a few weeks. I saw 3 crowns, 6-8 bps, at least a dozen legs, more gloves, bracers, and boots than I care to count (over 20), and nada zip zero arms. Crown and arms were the rarest of all for me, with arms being non existant.

Elysians hit for 191-199 depending on level 53-57. The higher level ones rampage (55+ is my guess). Disturbed Elysians have about 16k hps. Disturbed do not summon or cast. The Corrupted Elysians will summon and cast (Druid mob). Both have a chance to drop a piece of armor or spell. The Corrupteds drop some other nice items that I am sure are listed on this site.

Pulling can be difficult because of all of the traffic in the area where the Elysians are. Patience is the best way to get single pulls. Have Egress ready just in case you get more than you bargain for.

Be safe, have fun, and remember .. It's a game !

I hunted the elysians for about 2 hours a night for a week (14 hours) and had a full set. The crown and chest pieces were the most rare. I am not saying that the crown and tunic didn’t drop each night (they did) but due to the loot order we had established I didn’t get them till the end of the week. I had a full set minus chest and crown in about 6 hours. So drop rate is not rare for other pieces. I do suggest that if you intend to solo you should have reached 53 and have kei and PoTC with wisdom at close to max. Do becareful not to pull the corrupted elysian (who is immune to harmony of nature) when solo unless you are quite the uber drOOd. Just harmony of nature the surrounding mobs then pull with WD and run straight back to corner. Once you are in the corner start attempting to cast ensnare you should get 2 chances to get ensnare off before the Mob starts to whack on you. Once he is ensnared, life is good, just WD to death. If you are looking to group, any lvl around 51 is good enough. Don’t waste mana on Ro’s line of dots they are easily resisted by the mob and are just a waste of mana. If you are grouping, harmony of nature, pull with WD and have other druids hotkey assist button on you. When the mob comes into range chaincast ensnare. At that point just cook with WD and root. Do not nuke as it will break root. Just keep an eye on the mob as root will break often. Spells that dropped:
SOE,
foliage shield,
form of the howler,
plus others that I don’t remember.

The biggest benefit to this armor is the ability to sell all your gear after you get this stuff. That should free quite a bit of coin to go buy your PoTC quest gifts for your earring of solstice and nature. With this gear your resists and ac will make you the UBER druid.

Very Soloable

Myself a 55Druid and a 53 Druid both non EPIC's were soloing these mobs. 1st you do need KEI and second it does take awhile to Kill:( I like the xp and Drops. Still missing the arms:( BTW these have an extremely low tolerence to resists. My friend a 48 Druid was landing spells on Yellows to me at 55. Good to take a guild of all ur druids and pickup on some good armor

dont fear these things, they dont summon, just zone in follow the right wall just past the gaurdians and camp them. myself a 55dru, and a 51 dru had no problems, fight went, i snared, wd, partner used all mana on nukes then kept on casting the es vams on it, while i just used my lvl 5 root and wd as needed, made a hotkey for root and unroot. went smoth, ive seen everything except the arms and crown so far, and only 30kills or so

Very nice upgrade from my Nathsar Vambracers

Plus, they would go well with my tunic, bracers, gloves and leggings.... = )

I must have been REAL lucky

I was lucky soloing/partner here and there to help kill these. Even was dropping extra pieces on peoples twinks. Not very rare drop at all.

Took me 2.5 days to get full set ;p

not too mention seein like 8 boots, and 4 or 5 leggins heh

LOL...well I'll be. Who'd have thought I would find a post here from you about the Elysian armors...

Well me actually, LOL, 'specially after listening to Shaun talk about how much his Druid friend enoyed HIS set of Elysian when we were grouped in DP the other night :-)

Now I see what ole Shaun was going on about...nice armor indeed. Would love to get a set of this for my Druid wife...but alas, NO DROP

Just so it's clear: these are not hard to get. You need either an epic druid in the high 50s or 60 OR you need a good mid-50s caster group that can root'nbake or AE/stun. The mobs are around 53-57 and are resistant to snare/root/druid epic, but not at all imune. If you're an epic druid who doesn't know how to solo such a mob, you can turn in your epic at the door ;-) Expect it to take about 4-6 winged deaths + re-casting epic and DoD while those cook.

[edit note: the most important thing is that these guys neither summon nor gate]

All of the armor pieces are rare drops, so you should expect to camp these guys for a while.

Best spot is the SE corner of UP where there is a camp of collapsed elysian skellies on the ground in a ruined building. Harmony single-pull and drag it back to the corner (pathing gets wonky here, so don't take them along the east wall, and of course avoid the Vex Thal zone guardians). Nothing roams in the corner, so you're all set for a nice private fight with your friend the Disturbed Elysian Remains.

They also drop the skulls (uncommon) that are used for faction with the Vex Thal key-giver (well, everyone's assuming he is from the quest text, anyway).

No spells or other useful items dropped for me while I was there (I got legs and bracer; friend got tunic, legs and possibly arms, not sure). Tunic is just awesome looking. Now everyone assumes he's a Ranger ;-)

I must disagree. All you need is ONE, non-epic druid to kill these. I soloed them at lvls 52-54. Yes, KEI is a must , and ageo doesn't hurt, but don't need epic or group.
