man... first they get screwed on the Kunzar Cloak and now this... what else are HEF's not allowed to wear... i mean... it's still not as bad as the Iksar unusable plate.. but kinda interesting that they're left out...

Roy, a necro mutant drops this ring, tis a rare. Killed em about 5 time or so and he finally dropped it. it normal other loot is a mutant jawbone thats no rent and for some quest prolly. Roy is cool, he turn u into a zombie for 2 minutes of something. Ran around scaring all the noobs passing through.
