ok why is this so expensive? you can get nearly equal neck gear for 10 times less, this is 40k on MT and i dont think its all that great to begin with, i would much rather get Choker of the wretched for 40k ....my 2 cents

For a shaman this is much better then Choker of the Wretched in my opinion, especially if your stamina is not maxxed. FT 1 is not that important to shaman.

This has nothing to do with AC, it drops in CoD as stated
