Just bought this baby for 3k, same price as a fishbone earring, amazing seein as this hasnt dropped for 2 years, WOOOOOOT!!!
why did they take this out? too easy to get? VI likes toying with us?

I have one that I did loot. I was new in my guild and my guild leader had sent me a tell to come and get one. They mob was easy to kill. Only wished i was smart enough to have gotten more then. Few days later when I went back to take a friend.. the mob was no longer there.

I guess I'm the lucky one then. Got this as part of a trade, valued it at 2k so added that in and made the deal. If it no longer drops then it is probably worth more. I love the fact that it is wearable in 2 different slots (neck and waist). Since it is my only Enduring Breath item I am sure I will keep it for a while. The stats are nice for item like this too.

Does this still drop?
No, this item no longer drops in game. It dropped off a skeleton mob in TD near the raft called Captain Crag. There were also a few other named skellies and some undead deckhands nearby. They were all removed after being on the live servers for less than a week, and as of this writing are no longer in the game. When I saw the patch message, I figured they'd simply nerf the drop rates, not remove the mobs entirely. I would check back after the next patch just to make sure, though.
Yeah, this along with the Flowing Red Silk Sash, and a few other items all went poof. I was there for a bit, was next in line to get this drop right before patch. Oh well ;)
What creatures drop this?
spawn was nerfed already a few days ago when verant took tim deep down for 30 minutes, the mobs dropping this and a few other items "disappeared" during that zone patch
