Ruins of KunarkThis item only dropped for about a week before they nurfed the camp. There was a pirate skeleton camp on the shore near the Great Owoomp camp, and one of the named spawns dropped this and some other nice items like a haste belt and EB item and +mod swimming boots. As far as I know these mobs have not been reimplimented anywhere, so this cape is now a relic.

I was shopping at EC for some Wu's Shoulder Pads, and this guy had this and Wu's. He was selling the Wu's for 60pp, and the Crossbone Cape for 200pp, so I splurged and bought the Crossbone, i'm happy :)

It is one of the best item (medium stuff) i saw for shoulder slot. It is really hard to get a SV item for that slot
