I sold one today for 25pp on The Rathe. Surprisingly, it took about 1 minute from the time I priced it to the the time that it sold...

I have 20 Chanter and was camped in PC for about 2 hrs and received 3 of these in that time....also walked away with a few hundred Platinum in total...not bad for a short camp

camped here for about 2 hours with a full group and got a pair, yes a pair of em after about 20 kills. probly just dumb luck though...
I found this zone to be similar to Crushbone in that a mid-teen to low-twenties player will find the same kind of action/experience/drops as Crushbone did when we were level 12.
These bracers are uncommon-to-rare. Unlike the BoB, any bandit can drop one. I have three in the bank, and gave two more out to newbs. They dropped for me about once every 30'th kill.

I'm not all that sure that this bracer is all that common. On Xegony my 38 lvl slaugtered the camps twice [I waited until there were no others in the zone so that I was not taking xp from anyone] and no bracer, just sullied weapoons, bronze armor and rings. So how ofetn does this drop?
I have been hunting recondites for about 5 lvls (5 lvls on 2 differant characters) and ive never seen one of these drop, unless I was unattentive, I am pretty sure that they are VERY rare, maybe to rare to farm...

the BoB is not all that rare.. my ranger was getting them about every other kill of the warlord..i aslo have 4 of the RbB's.. they have been droping for me at the second bandit camp, off of the charlits.. i got 3 off of them and 1 off a bandit..so for a low lvl rogue these are better then the BoB with the Agi and Dex boost..just my 2cp

BOBs were Ac 3 +1 str +3 dex = +4 total, same here. BOBs as rare as YAKS, maybe these will sheed some light to level 20s players
Like the Recondite Bandit Dirk, it appears the developers ran out of ideas for Paludal and went back to the drops from Crushbone - and gave them slightly worse stats.

I was seeing them drop about every half hour to an an hour in the groups i was with... I got two at camp 2 in about 45 min... saw two drop at camp 1 in an hour. Hope this helps.
Maybe these Recondite bandits stole the items from crushbone, and since they hlive in poor conditions, the items have deteriorated in quality from poor storage and use.
