Now that there is renewed activity in Ssra, has anyone actually seen the spell drop there? If so, what mob(s) dropped it? Thanks for your help.
Dropped off "an underbulk hatchling"
Ok drop rate on this spell is way to rare took my 75 mag and cleared camps for almost 2 hrs for a friends little mage to get this puppy... got about 15 other spells in that time most are listed ..... WTG SoE a spell that has no recipe either...=-/ BTW it dropped from shadel bandit last kill before i was gonna gate..lol

Drops in Umbral Plains, unfortunately wasn't paying attention to which mob it dropped off.
