Ruins of Kunark
It is a spell drop. It was never researchable until PoR when they introduced spell research for spells past Kunark. It, along with all Velious and Luclin spells will not be researchable until they either break research again, or PoR comes out and the recipes go in naturally.
Go camp it. It drops in Chardok.

It is showing reseachable kunark here and bit confusing. Can that be updated please?
Velious is the current expansion on Ragefire, yet this spell can't be researched yet? I get the error about "fail to meet the requirements", yet this would be trivial and I have all the ingredients and the Xegony is NOT stacked.

I had 2 copies of Words of Agony and decided to make the spells. Fortunatly, I was going to sell them because I had it in my spell book already. So I made one stuck it in the shared bank then made the other and tried to stick in there too. I got the dupe lore item message. Now, had I not stuck it in the shared bank and tried to make the next one it would have poofed.
So you have been warned.

The crafted spell is no longer a LORE item.
This spell does not drop off Korocust, but a named that spawns next to him; Arch Inspector Nibli'zi. PH is an imperial inspector.
Thanks verant, for putting a level 49 necro spell in a dungeon that a level 49 necro couldnt possibly ever get into a group in. Let alone solo this level 57 mob who drops the spell

Yeah, and level 49 LFG necros have such an easy time getting groups.
That said, the biggest problem I have with this is that they put the spell in as a rare drop in a zone where many necros deliberately raise faction to do the nice INT caster quests. So to get this level 49 spell I either have to trash the faction I've been working hard to raise, hunt down the words to research it, or pay 55k in the Bazaar (price last night on Bristlebane, first time I've seen the spell for sale).
That said, the biggest problem I have with this is that they put the spell in as a rare drop in a zone where many necros deliberately raise faction to do the nice INT caster quests. So to get this level 49 spell I either have to trash the faction I've been working hard to raise, hunt down the words to research it, or pay 55k in the Bazaar (price last night on Bristlebane, first time I've seen the spell for sale).
They have these things called "guilds", where say a group might go to Chardok and kill things, and if this spell happened to drop they would give it to a Necro. Maybe you've heard of them?

Words of Psyche + Words of Burnishing are needed to create the spell 'Dead Man Floating'.

Dead MEN Floating is the group dmf spell... and Velious is required because the Chardok change was made after Velious was released. Dead MAN Floating is a necro research spell that is single target.

Um... velious isn't required for anything except actually GOING to velious. Any velious spell can be cast on anyone else, just like any Luclin or Kunark spell can be cast on anyone else. In fact, I was casting Gift of Magic (Velious spell) on a ranger friend who hadn't bought it yet because he didn't have the cash.
The only thing you NEED an expansion for is something that requires you to go TO that expansion (i.e. a no drop item or a quest). Anything else can be bought, scribed, cast on, or given to anyone of the appropriate level.
