I have one on my claims list, but it is greyed out for my lvl 56 ranger. Is there a minimum limit to claim this? Or is there another reason it might be greyed out on the claim list.

Mine is greyed out as well, any clues?
I'm not positive, but I'd go with 80 as that's what the level required to attain says:
Rarity: Common
Level to Attain: 80
Most claim stuff says level 1
Yther Ore.
Rarity: Common
