Underfootlevel 81 mage.
All Access member for bit and had enough loyalty tokens for 100 gold tokens. (i never did the miniquest stuff, only had time to try to level my toon up with HOT zone tasks. so my loyalty tokens kept racking up)
so i bought 3 bags worth.
read up on this item. saw below i needed close to 155. Ok. got 119 after some other stuff bought.
WOW.
Huge boost for a level 80 charm slot from most if not all the level 80 charm slots i had. ( I was using a Rusty Gear prior to this).
So if you get enough for 150 gold tokens go for it fast! well worth the time looking for it.

155 gold tokens will get you the stats listed above (30AC, 850HME).
I have 563 gold (unspent) however and my charm is 39AC, 1122HME. The other stats are a little higher (about 20%) and heroic STA, INT and WIS have gone up to +5.

It really counts the tokens in your possession, not the ones you earned. So if you spend some, the charm will drop.
The silver charm works for the silver tokens earned, though. Those you can spend without affecting the charm

Is this right, the gold version of the charm is worse than the silver version?

kind of. From what I see, you need to be in top 3 to get a gold coin.
