This provides any of the expendable Glyph AA abilities.

Upon right clicking it in a main inventory slot, a new window will pop up similar to task rewards. You can choose from any of the glyphs available to you for your level.

Level 65 Glyphs include 1 bonus AA.

I'll edit/repost when my current character w/ the glyphs reaches 71 and 85 respectively.

Apparently this grants you one of the short duration AAs free of charge - well claiming it is your one charge. Which means the link is wrong. for spell effect. Wow. was going to link to AAs - but curiously I can't find an AA guide. didn't know we didn't have one.
