how typical of soe programmers to write in a weapon with an 18 second haste proc. procs like these will naturally over-write cast haste so there goes your hour long haste or 30 minute haste pot. whats the point in added dps like this weapon when it wipes out your hasted buffs? at least make it so the haste is longer or can't over write casted haste buffs.
Assuming the clickie survives the upcomming nerf, does anyone know what the base time on the buff is? I currently use the Lizardscale Plated Girdle, but the short buff duration, a well as the need to equip it in order to cast makes is a bit of a pain.
18 seconds, not counting any type of beneficial buff extender.

Looks like I'll be sticking with the girdle. I wonder how SoE intended for this to be used, if it was insta cast you could at least tie it to a movement key. As it stands I'm not seeing a lot of value in it.
