The Gnome-made Meteorological Rocket has 5 charges of same/similar effect but requires no Opal per click. Nice item that sits in your ammo slot.

I heard that this spell was nerfed awhile back. Anyone know if this is true? Now just a collectors item?

The spell still works to turn off the rain in a zone and it still consumes an opal when cast.
As of yesterday it even works in GoD zones.

I just got one from a Wurm Spirit in Skyfire Mts. so no, not nerfed.
This spell also drops off of the Guardian of Felia. I popped him on my way through to Burning Woods and he dropped Wake of Karana, Luckt me I needed it.
